NOTES
This was insane! Ken and I were slated to do 2 bits. We had rehearsed 
Josh's PACE PICANTE SAUCE CEREAL sketch and something we
called the Strange's Commercial Gauntlet which consisted of 3 minutes
of quick parody commercials. The day of the show I lost my voice 
completely. We managed to get through the morning bit which was 
PACE. I lip synched to Ken reading the sketch. It worked. Oddly. Then 
we had about 4 hours to figure out what to do about the other bit where
I had to talk a lot.  In it's place we created THE MIME SKETCH. 
In this sketch I play a mime who is being interviewed by Ken for a 
job in public relations for Exxon. It was great. The sketch looked 
like we'd been doing it forever, even the bit where I was crossing 
and uncrossing my legs, mirroring Ken. Looked great. Our intros 
didn't fair so well where we were announced 
(of course) as Strangers and Ken became Ken Buffalo. The best 
was the uptight announcer's reaction to the Mime Sketch:
"The....special kind of humor...of Strangers....yessir!"
