Hello Netscape users.  We would like to apologize for any problems you are having. We have not yet, found a way to make sure that the main page works in both IE and Netscape formats.

We are working to find a solution.

In the meantime, this problem only seems to be on this main page and a few other pages. For the most part, all the pages you will go to on the left hand nav-bar are free from coding problems.

We hope you like what you see here, and we hope you understand that we are not trying to ignore Netscape users.
