Oct 21 Gag TV Shoot - Downtown Dekalb

So what's been going on? Well, lots actually. Over the summer and into the fall we had a successful run at The First Street Playhouse with Desperate Houseflies. The first weekend of this show was shot and some of the footage will be incorporated into the first three episodes (we are aiming for a December debut). With the show over, as of October 11, we kicked production back into high gear with a studio shoot last week where we got four scenes shot. And this weekend most of the group hit downtown Dekalb to shoot 3 location scenes. Today's shoot went really well. Even the part where Nathan was hanging out of Steve Stern's SUV and I drove for a tracking shot. But it was slow in an alleyway. It was a good shoot and we were getting lots of strange looks from the people down town. Good times. Danny made another appearance today in a scene where a mob of people beat the living tar out of Ben. I'm starting to worry that people think I'm just thrusting my son into the spotlight. I don't really need to, he's managing his own thrusting just fine. Plus he's great at charming the hot college girl waitresses
