Big City lies on the west coast of the nation, nestled between the sea and the mountains. It is a world not unlike our own. Everyday life is never easy here as a population of 8 million humans, elves, goblins and countless other species, try to live in peace and harmony. As a new millennium dawns, pollution, corruption and violence plague the city.

5 people have placed themselves on the line between order and chaos. Two cops, two P. I.s and a reporter struggle to maintain peace in the place they call home. A place called Big City.
